Sparta Chamber Monthly Networking Meeting

Join us for our monthly networking meeting at Sparta City Hall! Connect with fellow Chamber members, hear updates from local businesses and community leaders, and enjoy a great lunch together.

A quick update to this month’s meeting: Our originally scheduled speaker is no longer able to join us. We’re excited to welcome Trampus Taylor as our featured speaker instead!

Trampus will be speaking about Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology, including systems such as Flock. He’ll discuss how this technology works, how it is being used by law enforcement, and what it means for our local community.

Come learn, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of a technology that is becoming increasingly common in communities across the country.

Lunch will be provided by Jade Star.

Sparta Chamber Monthly Networking Meeting

Join us for our monthly networking meeting! This month, we’re excited to gather with the Christian County Ambulance District, with plans to meet at their new facility!

We’re looking forward to getting a behind-the-scenes look at the new building and hearing updates from the Ambulance District and our Chamber members.

Please note: We’re hoping to meet at the new facility, but construction timelines can change. We’ll keep Chamber members updated as we get closer to the meeting date and confirm whether the building will be ready to host us.

Join us for our monthly networking meeting! We’re excited to gather with our members for good conversation, community updates, and a Thanksgiving lunch together.

This month's meeting is sponsored by Children's Smile Center.

Children’s Smile Center believes every child deserves a healthy smile and quality dental care, regardless of their family’s income.

This 501(c)(3) nonprofit dental practice provides comprehensive dental care for children ages 1–19 who are covered by Missouri Medicaid, including routine exams and cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, fillings, crowns, extractions, emergency care, sedation dentistry, and more.

With locations in Nixa, Aurora, and Branson West, Children’s Smile Center serves families across southwest Missouri, including Christian, Stone, Taney, Dade, Barry, and Lawrence counties. Their team includes board-certified pediatric dentists and experienced general dentists, providing compassionate care, positive experiences, and quality services using modern dental technology.

Children’s Smile Center also works with local school districts and community partners to connect families with the dental care their children need.

At the meeting, we will enjoy we’ll enjoy a Thanksgiving spread provided by Lolli’s on the Square.

November also means it’s time for our annual Chamber Board elections.

This year, Jenni’s and Eric’s board seats are up for rotation. Per the Sparta Chamber of Commerce membership bylaws, Eric’s seat is designated for a representative of the Sparta R-III School District. Therefore, candidates for this seat must be affiliated with and represent the school district.

More information about nominations and voting will be shared with Chamber members as the meeting gets closer.

Sparta Chamber Monthly Networking Meeting

Our December networking meeting is going to look a little different (yet familiar), and that’s intentional.

Before Chamber meetings became more structured around speakers and programs, they were a place for members to simply gather, share what was happening in their businesses and organizations, exchange ideas and spend time together. We want to bring a little bit of that back this holiday season.

The Floor Is Yours

There’s no formal program or featured speaker this month. Everyone who attends will have the opportunity to take the floor and share an update with the room.

Tell us what’s happening in your business, what you’re working on, what you’re celebrating or what you’d like the community to know.

And while we’re together, we want to start looking ahead to 2027.

Have an idea for a speaker you’d love to hear? An event you think the Chamber should host? A topic we should tackle? Something you’d like to see us do differently?

Bring your ideas!

This is your Chamber, and we want to hear what would make your membership more valuable, meaningful and useful in the year ahead.
